How cancellations, refunds, reschedules, and revision rounds work for paid services booked with Xlozarinax, including workshops, content packs, and consulting blocks described in your order confirmation.
This policy applies only to services you purchase directly from us. Digital goods that are delivered instantly may have different rules as stated at checkout.
Where UK or EU consumer regulations grant a statutory cooling-off period for distance sales of services, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase unless you requested immediate performance and acknowledged that your right to cancel could be lost once delivery began.
If you cancel at least seven full calendar days before a scheduled session, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already committed, communicated in writing before charge.
You may request one reschedule per booking at no extra charge if the request arrives at least forty-eight hours before the start time. Later changes are handled case by case and may incur a reasonable administration fee.
Deliverables include the revision scope stated in your proposal. If we fail materially to meet an agreed written specification, we will first attempt a corrective delivery. Refunds after partial performance are calculated fairly based on work completed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a separate refund fee unless your bank imposes charges we must pass through.
We may decline or stop work where cooperation is withheld, instructions are unlawful, or fees remain overdue. In those cases refunds follow the same proportionality principles described above.
